Sale shows the resilience of the Exeter commercial property market

PACT Property & Assets Ltd are delighted to announce the sale of Unit 6 Marsh Green North, Marsh Barton Trading Estate, Exeter, to local glazing company Premier DGU Ltd.
The building, which had recently been used for the manufacture of bespoke kitchens, totalled some 27,000 sq ft, had an eaves height of 9 meters and included a 50 KW solar installation on the roof.
The sale by the Liquidator of Touchwood (Devon) Ltd, Neil Maddocks, was handled by PACT and their joint agents Vickery Holman with the sale being achieved in less than 4 weeks.

The sale to Premier DGU takes the building back to a former life when it was owned and operated by Pilkington Glass.
