Specialist service for business recovery professionals
We provide cost effective lease reviews for IPs and turnaround professionals to establish the value, if any, of leases held by insolvent companies or those seeking corporate voluntary arrangements (CVA’s). Where appropriate we will carry out an inspection of the property, alternatively we can undertake a ‘desk-top’ assessment from information supplied.
