The PACT process delivers exceptional results as our planning specifically targets the circumstances of the individual project.

This process driven approach enables us to build long term relationships based upon formulating accurate projects that deliver effective results.

• We take time to listen and ask questions making sure that our advice is specifically relevant to each clients situation

• Collaborating with the client, we prepare a detailed and targeted action plan

• With the client, we optimise and agree the action plan taking actions forward

• Throughout the project we continually review progress against the agreed plan, to ensure agreed outcomes are delivered.

However, we do not stop once the project is finished.  We continue to monitor general market developments and will make our clients aware of any change in circumstances, updating advice where relevant.


The foundations of PACT are built around our two experienced and respected
RICS professionals Christopher Price and Patrick Downes.

The team is completed by Debbie Sams (finance & operations) who has extensive experience in managing auctions, client accounting and regulatory compliance
