Prior to undertaking an instruction, we discuss in detail our clients requirements to ensure that the basis of the valuation is the correct one for its use. We will consider whether alternative strategies might release more value and are able to with the process of obtaining planning consent or a change of use.

Valuations are required for a variety of reasons including finance, accounting purposes, purchase and sales. We take the time to clarify your requirements and the type of valuation that applies to your specific circumstances. Timely reporting
We understand that urgency is often required and will look to provide our detailed report within 14 days of inspection (can be sooner by agreement). Where there is the possibility of a delay, we will let you know and keep you updated on progress.
