Valuations are required for a variety of reasons including finance, accounting purposes, purchase and sales. We take the time to clarify your requirements and the type of valuation that applies to your specific circumstances. Our attention to detail allows us to give a clear picture of your properties current and potential value.
We understand that urgency is often required and will look to provide our detailed report within 14 days of inspection (can be sooner by agreement). Where there is the possibility of a delay, we will let you know and keep you updated on progress.
